How far in advance do I need to book?

Grazing tables require a 7-day notice, and grazing boxes at least a 3-day notice. For events on a Saturday, we recommend booking as early as possible, as Saturdays are our busiest days.

How do I book a Grazing Table?

To book, please fill out the enquiry form, call us 310 467 7093 or email us directly at After discussing the details, we’ll send an official quote. Upon approval, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time. Typically, we need 2-3 hours for setup at the venue, depending on the size of the event.

What is a "flat lay" grazing table?

A flat lay grazing table features no height or table accessories but includes greenery and light flowers. All materials used are disposable for easy cleanup—simply roll up the kraft paper and dispose of it. Setup time for flat lay tables is usually 1-2 hours, depending on guest numbers.

Do you offer any finger food/more substantial food on the grazing tables?

Yes, we provide a variety of finger foods including mini rolls/sliders, homemade sandwiches, mini croissants and pastries. Let us know if you have specific requests, and we’ll accommodate them as best as we can.

Do you provide the tables for table grazing?

Clients must provide a suitable space for the grazing setup. We can adapt to counters, islands, and other spaces within homes. If you need table rental recommendations, we’re happy to assist.

Do you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?

We cater to most dietary needs, including vegetarian and vegan options. Please inform us of any requirements or allergies.

How do I order Grazing boxes?

How long is the product good in the boxes for?

Grazing boxes are intended for day-of consumption and should be kept chilled until use.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer local delivery in Los Angeles. Alternatively, collections can be arranged from our location at Almaden Court, Los Angeles. We also ship all throughout the US.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The final balance is due 7 days before your event.

Inclement weather

ME N U Grazing reserves the right to cancel your setup on the day of the event due to weather. We will give you the option to change locations or attempt to reschedule. Please remember that your deposit is non-refundable and we encourage you to reschedule. If for some reason we are unable to reschedule and you have paid your final balance, we will refund your final balance


The 50% deposit at booking is non-refundable. No cancellations within 48 hours of the event. For reschedules, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

Hired Items

Strictly no-smoking policy inside the tent. No fires can be made inside or within 3 meters of the tent. All hired items and equipment is to be looked after, and is of full responsibility to the client once on-site. The client is responsible for repair or replacement of any damages, breakages, or thefts occur to any of MENU Grazing items and equipment.
